Now more than ever you need a qualified realtor who is skilled at networking, pricing and negotiation.  My experience and education in multiple areas of the real estate market will guide you through a smooth real estate transaction.  I have 14 years of experience in single family acquisition and property management working in Dallas, Texas.  I obtained my real estate licensed in 1999 in Bloomington, Minnesota where I worked as a sales associate at Edina Realty.  Today I carry an Associate Broker’s designation with Stewart Realty Company.  I am a member in good standing with the National Association of REALTORS®, the Iowa Association of REALTORS® and the Northeast Iowa Regional Board of REALTORS®.  I have served as past President, Vice President and Secretary with the Cedar Valley Chapter Board of REALTORS® prior to joining our current board.

I was born in Charles City, Iowa and I have a daughter, a son-in-law and 2 beautiful grandchildren who live in Dallas, Texas.  As a current member of United Yorkie Rescue, I have a passion for animals and their livelihood.  I have participated with rescue and placement of displaced and neglected animals throughout the continental U.S since 1995.  I am also a member of the Charles City Chamber of Commerce and I take pride in volunteering and making Charles City a better place to live, work and play.
