Kimmy Callison is a real estate professional rooted in Charles City and proudly serving Charles City and the greater Northeast Iowa area. Growing up immersed in her family’s entrepreneurial values and property management business, she developed a passion for helping others navigate the complexities of relocating and understanding the local market.
A graduate of the University of Northern Iowa, Kimmy began her career in mortgage loan mitigation, gaining valuable insight into the financial side of homeownership. After she and her husband returned to Charles City to raise their family, she worked for Stewart Realty Company in administration and advertising, where she developed strong skills in organization, marketing, and client communication before joining her family’s business.
Known for her cheerful spirit and compassionate approach, Kimmy believes in doing business with honesty, transparency, and hard work. When she’s not selling real estate, Kimmy serves as Vice President of PAWS Humane Society, volunteers as a coach, and enjoys cheering on her two daughters at their activities.
